One scan is one crawl of a registered domain. It starts from the public homepage and sitemap, visits up to the page allowance, records cookies and third-party requests, and produces one timestamped inventory result.

Yes. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation are managed through the billing portal. Stripe calculates applicable prorations.

What happens at a plan limit?
The dashboard shows usage before a limit is reached. Existing consent collection remains available; new scans or websites may require an upgrade.
