Email is the preferred channel for account, technical, delivery, cancellation, invoice and refund questions because it provides a traceable case record. Include the account email, domain and invoice number where relevant. Never send passwords, one-time codes or full card details.
2. Response targets
We normally acknowledge billing, cancellation and delivery messages within two business days. Security reports are triaged according to severity. These are support targets, not a guaranteed service level unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
