1. Permitted purpose
You may use Consentory to inventory website technologies, configure lawful consent choices, control scripts, communicate consent signals and retain proportionate evidence for websites you are authorised to manage.
2. Prohibited activity
- Scanning, changing or deploying code to a website without the owner’s authorisation.
- Using the service to conceal unlawful tracking, bypass a visitor’s choice or misrepresent compliance.
- Collecting passwords, full payment-card data, government identifiers, special-category data or children’s data through fields not expressly designed and agreed for that purpose.
- Uploading malware, exploiting vulnerabilities, credential stuffing, card testing, denial-of-service activity or attempts to access another account.
- Reverse engineering or circumventing plan limits except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Infringing intellectual property, privacy, consumer-protection or other rights.
- Using the service for unlawful goods, fraud, deceptive practices or activity prohibited by Stripe or applicable payment-network rules.
3. Sanctions and export controls
You must not use, export, re-export or provide the service where prohibited by sanctions, export-control laws or trade restrictions applicable to you or AKSAMIT PROJECTS sp. z o.o.. You represent that you and the subscribing organisation are not prohibited parties and will not provide access to a prohibited destination or end user.
4. High-risk use
The service is not designed as the sole control for emergency, medical, critical infrastructure, financial trading or other use where failure could cause death, personal injury or severe physical damage. Sensitive-sector deployments require independent legal, security and operational review.
5. Monitoring and enforcement
We use proportionate technical and account records to investigate abuse. We may limit scans, block malicious traffic, suspend affected access or preserve evidence where reasonably necessary. Where lawful and safe, we will notify the customer and provide an opportunity to explain or cure the issue.
6. Reporting
Report suspected abuse or unauthorised use to legal@consentory.io. Include relevant domains and timestamps but do not send secrets or full payment credentials.
