Configure Google Consent Mode v2

Send denied defaults before Google tags initialise for analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization where these purposes are optional.

Map analytics consent to analytics_storage and advertising consent to the advertising-related signals. Do not infer advertising permission from an unrelated functional choice.

Use Tag Assistant and the browser network panel to confirm the default command precedes tags and updates fire only after the corresponding choice. Consent Mode transmits state; it does not create valid consent by itself.
